๐ŸŒธ About Me — Welcome to Mom’s Beauty Break!

Hi there! I'm so glad you're here ๐Ÿ’—

I'm a busy mom just like you — juggling family, home, life, and everything in between. But even in the chaos, I believe every mom deserves a moment to feel beautiful, refreshed, and seen.

That’s why I created Mom’s Beauty Break — a cozy little corner of the internet dedicated to DIY beauty hacks, natural skincare, and self-care ideas that you can actually squeeze into your hectic day (yes, even during nap time!).

๐Ÿ‘ฉ‍๐Ÿ‘ง‍๐Ÿ‘ฆ Why This Blog?

Between diaper changes, Zoom calls, and dinner prep, I realized something: taking care of myself wasn’t a luxury — it was essential. But I didn’t have time (or money) for fancy spa days or complicated routines. So I turned to my kitchen, my pantry, and a whole lot of trial and error.

Now I’m here to share what works (and what doesn't!) so you can feel pampered — even in pajamas.

๐Ÿ’„ What You’ll Find Here

✨ Easy, effective DIY beauty recipes
✨ Quick skincare tips for moms on-the-go
✨ Self-care rituals that don’t take hours
✨ Kid-friendly beauty fun (because they always want to join in!)
✨ Real talk and encouragement from one mom to another

Thanks for stopping by — you're doing amazing. ๐Ÿ’•

DIY Lavender Bath Soak

๐Ÿ› What You’ll Need: 1 cup Epsom salt 1/2 cup baking soda 10–15 drops lavender essential oil 1 tablespoon dried lavender buds (optional but so pretty) 1 tablespoon coconut oil (optional for extra moisture) ๐Ÿงด How to Make It: Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Stir until the oil and lavender are evenly distributed. Pour into a glass jar or container with a lid. Add a label if gifting—or just treat yourself! ๐Ÿช„ How to Use: Add 1/2 cup to a warm bath and soak for at least 15 minutes. Light a candle. Lock the door. Put on a calming playlist (or white noise). Bonus: add a glass of something fizzy and call it mom therapy . ๐ŸŒฟ Why It Works: Epsom salt helps relax tired muscles and reduce tension. Lavender oil soothes the mind and helps promote sleep. Baking soda gently softens skin. Coconut oil leaves you moisturized without needing lotion afterward.
