Mom’s 10-Minute Morning Beauty Routine (Because Coffee Can’t Do It All)

Good morning, beautiful! ☀️

I know — mornings with kids can feel like a sprint before your feet even hit the floor. If you're anything like me, some days you're lucky if you remember mascara and shoes. 😂

But here’s the good news: you don’t have to sacrifice looking (and feeling) amazing.
Here’s my quick 10-minute routine that fits perfectly between breakfast chaos and school drop-offs:

⏰ Minute 1-2: Wake Up Your Face

Splash your face with cold water — it instantly de-puffs and brightens. Follow with a quick moisturizer (bonus points if it has SPF).

⏰ Minute 3-4: Even Out

Apply a tinted moisturizer or BB cream with your fingers.
Swipe on concealer just where you need it — under eyes, around the nose.

⏰ Minute 5-6: Add Some Life

Pop a little cream blush onto your cheeks and lips — one product, double the glow!

⏰ Minute 7-8: Wake Up Your Eyes

Swipe mascara on just the top lashes.
Optional: dab a little highlighter in the inner corners of your eyes for that “I slept 8 hours” magic.

⏰ Minute 9-10: Finishing Touch

Tame your brows with a clear gel (or skip if time’s up!).
Mist your face with a refreshing setting spray.

🌸 Final Touch:

Smile. You’re doing amazing, mama.
Beauty isn’t about perfection — it’s about feeling good, even when life is messy. 💕

DIY Lavender Bath Soak

🛁 What You’ll Need: 1 cup Epsom salt 1/2 cup baking soda 10–15 drops lavender essential oil 1 tablespoon dried lavender buds (optional but so pretty) 1 tablespoon coconut oil (optional for extra moisture) 🧴 How to Make It: Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Stir until the oil and lavender are evenly distributed. Pour into a glass jar or container with a lid. Add a label if gifting—or just treat yourself! 🪄 How to Use: Add 1/2 cup to a warm bath and soak for at least 15 minutes. Light a candle. Lock the door. Put on a calming playlist (or white noise). Bonus: add a glass of something fizzy and call it mom therapy . 🌿 Why It Works: Epsom salt helps relax tired muscles and reduce tension. Lavender oil soothes the mind and helps promote sleep. Baking soda gently softens skin. Coconut oil leaves you moisturized without needing lotion afterward.
