In the morning, I just need something to freshen up my face without drying it out. I love:

This step brightens my skin and helps with fine lines (aka “mom stress lines”).
3. Moisturizer with SPF
If I skip anything, it’s not this. SPF is non-negotiable!
๐ Evening Routine (10 Minutes of Me-Time)
1. Double Cleanse
Especially if I wore makeup or sunscreen.

2. Exfoliate (2-3x a week)
I like chemical exfoliants over scrubs—they’re gentler and more effective.
3. Treatment/Serum
Retinol is my go-to at night (but slowly introduced!).
4. Moisturizer
Locks everything in.
